Sizing
At Curved and Dangerous, we take sizing very seriously. In today's world, size names such as 1X or 14/16 really do not mean anything anymore. Do you wear the same size from every single brand? Nope. Measurements are the only true facts in sizing, so we provide them all to you!
Note that we provide the most common measurements for every single piece. These measurements include bust, waist, hips, and length for tops and waist, hips, rise, and inseam for bottoms. The measurements we provide are of the actual material and not of the body to wear the item. The material measurements will provide the information you need to understand how the item will fit your body.
It is very important that you understand YOUR body measurements to compare to the clothing measurements. If your bust/bra measures as 50" (equivalent to a 46D/44DD/48C/etc), then an item that measures 50" in the bust will be snug/fitted on your bust. If your hips measure 60" (the measurement around the fullest part of your lower half), than an item with a hip measurement of 60" would be fitted on your hips.
How to take your measurements:
Bust: measure the fullest part of your bust with your most commonly worn bra on.
Waist: measure the slimmest part of your waist, usually above your navel.
Hips: measure the fullest part of your lower half/hips/bottom.
